Our Story

Born in Hong Kong and raised by a gourmet chef, Mother Yaki was exposed to an array of culinary experiences, from street markets to five-star restaurants. Her interest in foods ignited when she moved to the United States, where she continued experiencing foods, from simple to exotic, local to international. When she cooked, she used her senses along with her experiences to come up with sauces that heightened the taste of all dishes.

Yaki-Son grew up eating Mother Yaki's cooking, and as he grew older, he especially loved Mother Yaki's unique, sweet, and savory sauces. Yaki-Son loved Mother Yaki's sauces so much that he added them to a variety of different foods and dishes. He helped her write down her recipes and encouraged her to share her sauces with others...and that's how YakiYaki Sauces began.

Yaki Yaki premium sauces are made in small batches with high-quality, concentrated, authentic ingredients and no fillers. Mother Yaki and Yaki-Son would have it no other way. The Yaki family has enjoyed these homemade sauces for years, and now you can enjoy these sauces in your own home to elevate your foods to a new level of yum!
